Training for Trainers
The Training for Trainers is an SNJ F Certificate, where you as a trainer learn how to best pass on your knowledge to our future leaders.
Who is the training for?
For all of FNEL’s trainers
What do I need to do?
If you have completed the C Certificate – leader (unit leader – CC (Chef de Colonie - Colony leader), CM (Chef de Meute – Pack leader), CT (Chef de Troupe - Troop leader-), RUE (Responsable Unité Explorer - Explorer Unit leader) at least 2 years ago.
You need to participate in another 25 hours of training, which means:
8 hours of training with SNJ http://www.animateur.snj.lu/fr/brevets/#6
17 hours with FNEL: 8 hours of theory and
9 hours of preparation/participation in training activities
Woodbadge
The Woodbadge is a build-up training which is composed of two sections: a camp abroad and a project with your group or FNEL.
Who is this training for?
For every motivated leader who has completed at least a C Certificate and wants to get involved with a project.
