The World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is deeply saddened by the news on the bomb blasts that took place in Brussels yesterday. Our deepest condolences and sympathies go to the family and relatives of those affected by the attacks. (…)
News of the blasts in Brussels remind us of the senseless terrors that have pervaded the world we live in. Our message to all 40 million plus Scouts in the world is: Don’t stop doing what you are doing. Continue to believe and live out the Scout Promise and Law. Continue to do good in your community. Continue to be Messengers of Peace, embracing diversity and practising inclusion. Show your community and the world that together we can help stop this senseless terror and create a better world where everyone lives in peace and harmony.
